- Basic technical data — our website stores small amounts of data in your browser to make the site work (for example, remembering that you requested the checklist). We do not use this to identify you across other websites.

- To schedule and manage consultations.

Where it lives
Information you submit is stored in our customer relationship management platform, operated by a third-party provider that processes it on our behalf.
